Home Improvement and Preservation Program to issue applications

The Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization’s popular Home Improvement and Preservation Program distributed applications Oct. 6. Due to COVID-19, the program has been retooled to accept paper applications. Applications will be available at the following locations from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 6 to Oct. 15 via curbside service:

Polk Wisdom Branch Library, 7151 Library Lane Pleasant Grove Branch Library, 7310 Lake June Road Martin Luther King Jr. Branch Library, 2922 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Audelia Road Branch Library, 10045 Audelia Road

Applications may also be downloaded at dallascityhall.com/hipp.

Completed applications will only be received Oct. 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the same locations paper applications were distributed. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis thereafter. Early or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
